OMGOODNESSSSS … the popular girls asked me to come and play!! WOOT!!!!! Some of my favorite peeps from Oscraps are doing a little project … a 365 day project to be exact, of a picture a day for the year!! How stinking fun is that??? But these ladies are UBER talented .. their pictures are MINDBLOWING, and their editing skills … to DIE for!! But I’m excited to get to play with the “big” girls!!

Ohhhh boy, I was doing sooo good!!! And then BLAH!!! BLAH BLAH!!! Life happened and I got too busy!!

Tomorrow is the 12th of January … and I am going to challenge myself to start BLOGGING again!!

Today I am thankful for alot of different things. But the biggest thing is the fact that I have a mother that understands me completely. She’s truly an amazing woman. I don’t know what I would have done if I had have lost her last weekend. It’s meant alot of sacrafice for me this week, but I’m thankful to be able to help her mend by looking after the diner for her this week. I have my moments of extreme tiredness but mostly I am just filled with gratitude.

Anyone remember that song by the Bangles back in the Ohhh hmmm 80’s?? GAH!! How freaking old am I?? LOL!! Needless to say that’s how I feel today Manic. I’m slipping into a bit of a funk again I think!! Good Lord when will that end I wonder??? SICK OF IT!! Needless to say I will ride it out as usual and be back to my spunky self in a day or two.

So, what should we talk about today?? The girls were all in good spirits this morning before school …. which is a nice change!! There wasn’t too much fighting and such as they all headed out the door, after I dropped Lacey off at school, Mya, Keisha and I went to get gas … only 98.7 a litre today WOOT!!! A hell of alot better than $1.33 a litre that’s for sure Then I had to go and deal with some stuff for the dance studio, getting the clothing orders ready for the holiday season!! (pssst…. Auntie … if your reading this…. I have some Christmas gift ideas ) Now we are home just the 2 little girls and I along with the 3 dogs for the rest of the day. Then it’s off to the studio tonight … Danielle has classes, Lacey has classes, and I have to work at the studio.

I’m working on adding a new page to my blog … for all of my pictures Cause it’s alot easier to add them to slide.com then trying to add them all here on the main page everyday.

Well, it’s Sunday evening and I’m just hanging out on the couch with my favorite friend … My laptop. HA HA … it’s a sad life I lead really!! LOL. Today was a nice relaxing day, Peter and I went out for breakfast ALONE **gasp**, thank you Lacey, and then we came home and took the girls out to a friends new farm – to see the horses and watch them do some steer roping. It was great, Mya, Oliva and Danielle all got to sit on one of the horses, Olivia and Danielle got to walk around a little as well on the horse. If I ever get off the couch and get the cords, I will upload the pictures that I took!! HA HA !! Not much going on tonight really, Peter is upstairs right now bathing the girls (Mya and Olivia), and Lacey,Danielle and Keisha are downstairs playing around on the Wii! Well Keisha isn’t but she’s done there hanging out with them.

LOL!! It’s been sooo long since I have updated my blog. Sorry ladies!! My good friend Kitty Cat Designs, decided to light a fire under my butt today and get my blog updated!! So here I am!! Also as a little reminder to all you scrappers out there, Kitty Cat Designs, are all S4H user friendly!!!! WOOT!! Thanks Cat!! Love you girl!! While we are on that note – I should share with you the exciting new adventure that I have started!! I have finally taken the step, the chance, the risk, the jump, the leap – yeah ok so you go the point, and am starting my own S4H business!! Ohhh, my Lord, the stress of setting it up might kill me, but I’m really excited to be able to share my love for digital scrapbooking with others. I have been looking for a couple of years of a home business that I would love, could generate some extra money, and LOL, justify the amount of time I spend on the computer!! LOL!! We had a glorious weekend here, this past weekend, alot to be thankful for that’s for sure.

But there is nothing better than good friends, good food and happy times!!

I have died and gone to digital heaven …. I really truly  have!! My 7th child arrived yesterday!! My 17inch Dell Studio …. Ruby Red laptop!! And I LOVE IT!! I’m sitting out on my back deck with my coffee and my computer just thinking that life is grand right now!! Now it would be absolutely perfect if I had all of my scrappin’ stuff on this machine now as well, I don’t believe I would ever sleep again!! LOL!!

In other news …. I have a new digi hangout …NO NO NO I’m not leaving Oscraps … never in a million gagillion years!! NO way …. but I was invited to be on the Creative Team for Pink Ellie Designs …. with the up and coming designer Crissy Armstrong.

Crissy designs for a site called After Five Designs, they just opened their doors to the public last Friday. So it’s a new and exciting place to be. Come check it out!!:) Here is the link to my gallery there!
